Deliveries within the Canary Islands take a maximum of 72 hours.
The courier will attempt delivery twice. The package will then be held for 7 days before being returned to our facility.
If the package is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and ask the courier to note the problem. It is also advisable to take a photo of the package.
Orders under €10 have a shipping fee of €6.50, orders between €10-50 cost €4.90, and orders over €50 have free shipping.
You have 14 calendar days from when you receive the item to initiate a return.
If the return is due to a defect or error, Polaris333 will cover the shipping. If you changed your mind, you will be required to cover the shipping costs.
Products must be in their original, unopened condition. Opened products are accepted only if they are defective.
